**Technical Growth Marketer (Remote \- LATAM)** =============================================== **Location:** Remote (Latin America) **Hours:** 9AM – 5PM EST **Language:** English (Advanced/Native) **Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role**Are you a marketer who thinks like an engineer? For one of our clients, a US\-based Startup Studio, we are hiring a **Technical Growth Marketer** . They have a world\-class team of developers ready to build products, but before building, they need to know *what* to build. Your job is not to manage a brand; your job is to validate ideas. You will use AI, No\-Code tools, and Paid Ads to find out if real customers want these products. They value speed over perfection. If you love launching fast, breaking things, and looking at data, this role is for you. **What You Will Do** -------------------- * **Validate Ideas Fast:** Take a rough idea and test it in the US market within 5 days. * **Build Landing Pages:** Use tools like Webflow, Framer, or Carrd to create professional websites in hours, not weeks. * **Drive Traffic:** Run real experiments using Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, or Cold Outreach to get visitors to the page. * **Use AI Daily:** Use ChatGPT/Claude to write marketing copy, research customer pain points, and speed up your workflow. * **Connect the Tools:** Use Zapier or Make.com to automate emails and manage leads. **️** **The Skills You Need** ----------------------------- You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must be technical. * **No\-Code Building:** Expert in Webflow, Framer, Bubble, or similar tools. * **Traffic Generation:** Able to set up and manage Facebook/Instagram Ad campaigns. * **Automation:** Experience using Zapier or Make to connect apps. * **Analytics:** Understand “Conversion Rate,” “Cost Per Lead,” and “CTR.” * **English:** Excellent written and spoken English; strong understanding of US culture and how to sell to US customers.
