Position Summary: Process Technologies is seeking a Project Leader to manage the implementation and advisory services for monday.com accounts, coordinating consultants and improving operational efficiency. Creating and standardizing operational processes for the area At **Process Technologies**, we are looking for a **Project Leader** to join our team in managing implementation and advisory services for new and existing **monday.com** accounts. Our search targets candidates who are either graduates or currently completing degrees in Systems Engineering or related fields. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate functional and development consultants to: assign timeframes and responsibilities to the task backlog; define priorities based on business needs; monitor project timelines and performance. * Hold regular meetings with clients regarding project status and progress control. * Conduct pre-sales meetings to convert new opportunities. * Work on initiatives to improve efficiency of billable and internal hours. * Create and standardize operational processes for the area. **Requirements** *The position exclusively requires experience/knowledge in:* * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Microsoft Office suite. * Experience with project planning tools: Microsoft Project or Monday.com. * Familiarity with tools used in the field: Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet. * Advanced English proficiency. *Desirable qualifications include:* * Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, and HubSpot. * CRM knowledge — Salesforce. * BPMN 2.0 (MIRO). * Intermediate knowledge of integration tools such as Make, Zapier, and N8N. **Benefits** **What do we offer?** Hybrid work model: 1–2 days per week in the office (Nuñez — CABA), remainder remote. * Flexible working hours.
