Main Responsibilities * Manage requests for Auto and Home insurance quotes, providing responses within the timeframes stipulated in service level agreements. * Review and manage pending referrals to ensure all policies are issued timely and correctly, in accordance with internal procedures. * Prepare quotes and assess risks—determining insurability—according to corporate underwriting standards. * Ensure compliance with underwriting standards across all managed operations. * Timely request approvals from higher-level authorities for cases exceeding one’s own authority limits, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping for all evaluated transactions. * Students or graduates in Economics, Insurance, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Law (mandatory) * Minimum 1.5 years of experience in underwriting, risk analysis, or personal lines issuance within insurance companies, brokers, or producers. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory); Power BI proficiency (preferred) * Intermediate English language skills * Analytical and methodical profile, with negotiation ability and strong interpersonal skills, oriented toward teamwork
