The primary responsibility of this position is the management and payment of services; therefore, accounting knowledge is required to perform these tasks accurately. **Responsibilities** * Management and payment of services for all branches. * Monitoring, tracking, and recording expenses related to real estate assets. * Handling operational emergencies affecting branch operations. * Coordinating with internal and external departments to ensure accurate execution of payments and operational tasks. * Providing general administrative support related to real estate assets and branches. **Requirements** * Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, or related fields.
