Operating at scale across international markets, they leverage advanced analytics and decisioning engines to optimize customer engagement and performance. **Role Summary** ---------------- We are seeking a **Full Stack Engineer** with strong experience in **Python**, **JavaScript**, and **modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)**. This role requires hands\-on development across the stack—frontend, backend, APIs, data workflows, and SQL. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high\-quality features that support a large\-scale personalization platform. Ideal candidates bring clean coding practices, solid architectural thinking, and experience working in production environments. * **Responsibilities** * Write clean, maintainable, well\-tested code using **Python**, **JavaScript**, and **React**. * Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and data workflows. * Develop reusable frontend components and ensure responsive UI/UX. * Translate complex requirements into clear, independent technical tasks. * Deploy code regularly to production environments. * Collaborate throughout the SDLC with Product, UX, Support, Professional Services, and Engineering teams. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, and code reviews. * Research and integrate modern frameworks, tools, and best practices. * Contribute to improving performance, scalability, and reliability across the platform. * **Required Qualifications** * **5\+ years** as a Software Engineer in a production environment. * Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science** or equivalent. * Strong proficiency in **Python** and experience in **Linux environments**. * Frontend experience with **JavaScript** and frameworks such as **React** or Angular. * Solid **SQL** skills, with hands\-on experience in **Snowflake** and **MySQL**. * Understanding of **RESTful APIs**, services integration, and backend development. * Experience with **database design** and writing SQL queries against a **data warehouse**. * Prior experience in **technical design** and leading **code reviews**. * Proficiency with **Git** and Agile development methodologies. * Strong communication skills and **English fluency**. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in personalization platforms, data\-driven applications, or e\-commerce systems. * Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and infrastructure\-as\-code (Terraform, CloudFormation). * Knowledge of performance monitoring and debugging tools. * Experience with **AWS** services such as S3, EC2, Lambda. * **What We Offer** * 100% **Remote Work** across LATAM. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience. * **Professional Growth** opportunities: certifications, training, workshops. * A collaborative and **people\-first culture** where innovation and well\-being come first.
