The company operates fully remotely, supporting US\-based clients with a globally distributed team. ### **Role Overview** We are seeking **Controllers** who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and consistently say “yes” to new challenges. This role blends **hands\-on accounting expertise, team leadership, and strategic financial advisory** , making it a critical position within our client delivery teams. The ideal candidate is both detail\-oriented and big\-picture focused, capable of leading teams while building trusted relationships with clients. ### **Key Responsibilities** #### **Client Financial Leadership** * Lead month\-end close meetings with clients and internal teams, presenting financial results. * Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and key reports. * Analyze budget\-to\-actual variances and communicate significant issues and opportunities. * Prepare cash flow forecasts and provide strategic recommendations. * Act as a proactive liaison with clients’ external advisors, including CPAs, bankers, and attorneys. #### **Team Leadership \& Quality Control** * Lead, mentor, and support accountants on assigned delivery teams. * Review and ensure accuracy across all key financial processes, including: + Balance sheet reconciliations + Accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR) + Cash management + Month\-end closing entries + Payroll integrations * Implement and maintain strong internal controls. * Ensure consistent, high\-quality service delivery across all clients. #### **Internal Responsibilities** * Meet or exceed billable hours targets while maintaining service excellence. * Complete all internal deliverables, including time tracking, capacity planning, and quarterly initiatives. * Participate as a Brand Ambassador, representing the company’s mission and values. * Collaborate cross\-functionally while representing the organization in a professional manner. * Maintain the highest standards of security compliance and asset protection. * Contribute to continuous process improvements and best practices. ### **Qualifications** * Strong experience in accounting and financial management, ideally within professional services or outsourced accounting environments. * Proven experience leading accounting teams and managing multiple client engagements. * Deep understanding of month\-end close processes and financial reporting. * Ability to engage US\-based clients in a consultative and professional manner. * Highly organized, proactive, and results\-driven mindset. * Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). ### **Work Environment \& Compensation** * **Location:** Argentina * **Work model:** 100% remote * **Client base:** US\-based companies and nonprofits * **Number of openings:** 2 * **Target start date:** February 2026
