**Operational Integration Leader** At Essity, we are looking to hire an Operational Integration Leader to lead strategic projects for the start-up and improvement of lines and equipment. This role will be key in ensuring the efficient integration of new technologies and processes, guaranteeing high-quality knowledge transfer to existing operating systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead Capex and maintenance projects, optimizing efficiency and investment costs. * Validate and coordinate improvement initiatives in operational areas. * Plan activities together with maintenance management, prioritizing critical tasks and medium- to long-term projects. * Execute projects within established timelines and budgets. * Develop basic and detailed engineering, ensuring proper equipment installation. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, promoting preventive and corrective measures. * Participate in defining project scope, design reviews, and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to mitigate risks. * Integrate new standards into control systems and prepare training packages for operational staff. * Organize raw material testing and validation, as well as the development of format kits for new products. * Define budgets, ramp-up curves, and project objectives, ensuring quality and process compliance. * Provide support to operations in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Technical Capability. **Requirements** * University degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles in Engineering or Production. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, and teamwork abilities. **What We Offer** We are a Swedish Multinational Company, a global leader in hygiene and health solutions to improve people's well-being.
