### **At Tecpetrol, we are seeking a person to join our team as a BI Projects Analyst at our Buenos Aires offices.** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand business drivers and gather reporting requirements to translate them into functional requirements for the IT team. * Manage timelines, activities, and deliverables for area projects, ensuring quality and achievement of objectives. * Serve as the IRIS project liaison across various company departments, guaranteeing proper implementation of its principles (KPI concepts, governance, alignment across tracks). * Lead working meetings, track activities and key dates, and analyze deliverables. * Participate in the creation and maintenance of management KPIs. * Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new Power BI dashboard developments, validating functionality and data consistency with source systems. * Manage the backlog of user requests related to dashboards developed under the IRIS project. * Collaborate on change management and user adoption of new developments. * Ensure compliance with the dashboard governance standard and support its implementation across departments. * Actively participate in the **Citizen BI** program, identifying needs and supporting each department in developing its reporting alongside designated representatives. * Ensure maintenance of the Power BI reporting platform (UTF) and collaborate on the implementation of Microsoft Fabric. ### **Profile Requirements:** **Academic Background** University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. **Personal Skills** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Communication and facilitation skills with multidisciplinary teams. * Autonomy to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders. * Organizational mindset and results orientation. **Join our team and advance your career at Tecpetrol!**
