Join our Cotton Platform team as a Production Supervisor at the Cotton Gin in Quimili, Santiago del Estero. Here, you will be challenged to coordinate and maintain asset operations in terms of logistical and process activities, through monitoring and tracking productivity and process indicators, to provide efficient ginning, unloading, and loading services to our internal and external customers. Job DescriptionSupervise ginning operations by controlling process variables.Lead work teams in rotating shifts, coordinating ginning, control, and maintenance activities.Make operational decisions to achieve expected productivity.Coordinate with the Logistics department on ginning priorities and organization of products and by-products.Resolve operational and maintenance failures to keep operations running. Coordinate with the Maintenance department on weekly maintenance requirements.Ensure personnel and asset safety by complying with safety and hygiene procedures and policies.Manage operational needs for supplies, personal protective equipment, and tools.Manage administrative needs, operational controls, work permits, safe task analyses, action plans, and procedures.Coordinate and authorize contractor tasks.Contribute to managing and carrying out actions aligned with legal and internal audits.Requirements: Graduates or soon-to-graduate professionals in Engineering fields (not exclusive). Experience in team leadership. Experience or knowledge in cotton ginning and manufacturing process management.
