Coordinated work with Production and Quality departments Corporate Consultants seeks a Process Control Technician for an important winery located in the East Zone. Job Duties: Online control and monitoring of production processes. Sampling and performing physical, chemical, and/or microbiological analyses. Recording and tracking of production parameters. Detection of deviations and proposal of corrective actions. Monitoring compliance with quality and food safety standards. Preparation of technical reports. Coordinated work with Production and Quality departments. Supervision of adherence to operational procedures. Requirements: Technical education in Enology, Process Industries, Chemistry, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial process control (preferably in wineries or the food industry). Knowledge of quality and food safety standards. Basic/intermediate proficiency in computer tools (Excel, management systems). Availability for 100% on-site work. Required Competencies: Availability for rotating shifts (if applicable).
