The team is systems\-driven and focused on delivering consistent, high\-quality results for e\-commerce brands. We’re looking for an Operations \& Project Manager to own day\-to\-day execution, keep projects moving, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Project \& Workflow Management*** Own project timelines across multiple client accounts * Translate client goals into clear tasks and milestones * Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies * Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues **Team Coordination*** Coordinate with internal team members (media buyers, designers, copywriters, etc.) * Manage strategic partners and freelancers when applicable * Ensure SOPs and processes are followed consistently **Client Delivery \& Communication*** Ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time * Prepare internal status updates and progress reports * Support client\-facing communication (updates, timelines, next steps) as needed * Flag risks or delays early and propose solutions **Operations \& Process Improvement*** Maintain and improve internal workflows and SOPs * Help standardize service delivery across clients * Assist with onboarding new clients and team members * Recommend tools or automations to improve efficiency * Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed **QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * 3\+ years experience in project management, operations, or account coordination * Experience working with e\-commerce brands and/or e\-commerce marketing agencies * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Excellent written and verbal English communication * Comfortable managing multiple projects at once * Familiarity with paid media, email marketing, CRO, or e\-commerce workflows * Understanding of agency delivery models and client SLAs * **Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)** * Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift **BENEFITS** * Competitive pay, always in US dollars * Work remotely from the comfort of your home * Health \& wellness benefit * Paid holidays and time off * Performance and referral bonuses * Global exposure to the world’s best companies cMQEepH8YX
