Through our 400 brands reaching 2\.5 billion people every day, our goal is to generate positive social impact globally and locally. **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** This role exists to lead the site's Quality function and ensure that all products manufactured at the plant consistently meet corporate quality standards, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and consumer safety requirements. The role drives a culture of quality excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance, while simultaneously supporting business growth, innovation, and operational performance. As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Quality Leader develops and implements the site's quality strategy, ensures effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve world-class manufacturing performance. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System (QMS). * Ensure compliance with corporate standards, GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements. * Ensure effective quality control systems are in place for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process controls, and finished products. * Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes. * Ensure products released to the market fully meet quality and safety requirements. * Develop and monitor Quality KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards. * Reduce quality losses, consumer complaints, waste, and cost of poor quality. * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing quality organization. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?** * Operational leadership (minimum one prior position leading operators). * Autonomy. * Experience preferably in Quality.
