Explore a world of possibilities—and become part of our team! **Position Objective:** Deliver comprehensive service across dining room, reception, bar, and shop—attending to travelers’ needs and meticulously managing every detail of their experience at all times. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform front- and back-of-house tasks in dining room, reception, bar, and shop according to Explora standards and travelers’ needs. Respond to travelers’ requests and complaints, coordinating with other departments as necessary. Warmly welcome travelers and assign rooms following check-in. Handle area contingencies in accordance with established protocols. Application Requirements Professional degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (mandatory).
