To support this mission, Syngenta’s Portfolio team is seeking a Product Technical Promoter in Santa Fe, Argentina. This role will support driving demand growth and sales of Syngenta’s portfolio, with a primary focus on crop protection market development. **Temporary position for 1 year with possibility of renewal.** **Responsibilities** * Product market development – herbicides. * + Identify and characterize areas with resistant grasses to maximize penetration of the products to be promoted. + Conduct field diagnostics, weed sampling in collaboration with advisors and local technicians. + Execute demonstration trials and validations generating local technical evidence. + Organize and coordinate technical events, training sessions, and meetings with distributors, technicians, and producers. + Support the sales team in generating sales opportunities and following up with key customers. + Build relationships with target producers. * Data collection to support solid growth and promote product adoption and expansion. * Management and reporting: + Prepare periodic activity reports, trial results, and feedback. + Collaborate with the Marketing and Development teams to refine technical messages and communication materials. + Work closely with the technical service and technical sales representatives teams. **Requirements** **Essential for this position:** * Degree in Agricultural Engineering (mandatory). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical promotion, market development, or field agronomy in broadacre crops, specifically: corn, wheat, barley, soybeans. * Knowledge of herbicides. * Weed management and crop protection expertise. * Availability to travel within the region of influence and neighboring areas. * Valid driver's license. * Residence within the region of influence: Santa Fe, Argentina. * Clear technical communication, commercial orientation, planning and execution skills, ability to network with multidisciplinary teams. * Availability to work under a temporary contract for 1 year, with possibility of renewal. **Additional Information** **Be part of the Syngenta Experience** * Competitive salary and attractive benefits * Dynamic and international environment. * Modern office environment and collaboration tools. * Forward-looking policies (e.g., remote work, professional breaks) * Supports personal development in a diverse and inclusive environment. **Important:** Beyond simply believing in the power of diversity, Syngenta fosters an inclusive culture that embraces differences in all forms.
