




Among the main responsibilities of the position are: * Advise potential associates on available medical assistance coverage plans. * Carry out the sales process from prospecting to enrolling the associate in the membership registry, providing appropriate guidance throughout. * Conduct visits to potential clients and generate contracts. * Maintain ongoing relationships with associates to foster loyalty toward the company. * Contribute to achieving the regional sales plan by providing proposals and collaborating with the branch where assigned. Requirements We are seeking candidates with a strong commercial attitude and mindset, who work toward goal achievement and demonstrate solid negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. We are interested in applicants with a university or tertiary education in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields. We will value applicants with at least 2 years of experience selling intangible products (preferably medical assistance plans), knowledge of sales techniques, an existing client portfolio, and personal transportation (not mandatory).
