




**Example of your day** Advise management, shift supervisors, and supervisors from different project specialties on matters of safety, health, and the environment. Lead and promote Siemens Energy's Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and standards. Support the development of safe task analyses during work permit management. Develop and monitor sector indicators. **How you will stand out** * Ensure compliance with company safety, health, and environmental policies and standards by auditing activities of both internal personnel and subcontractors. * Develop emergency plans applicable to the project. Receive and manage contractor documentation and plant access control. * Develop and update Hazard and Risk Matrices as well as Aspects and Impacts Matrices. * Supervise the creation of STAs (Safe Task Analyses). * Implement training and development programs. * Prepare consolidated monthly accident statistics and performance indicator reports. **What you bring** * University degree or specialization in Safety and Hygiene (Must have a valid professional license issued by the Province of Santa Fe and registration with the College of Engineers of the Province of Santa Fe) * Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. Previous knowledge in Transmission or Electrical Power Generation projects will be valued. * Must have knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. * Valid driver's license preferred. * Knowledge of fire safety and emergency response preparedness is desirable. * Reside in areas adjacent to Santa Fe City and/or Paraná. **Who is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
