Execute corrective maintenance. * Plan time and resources during scheduled maintenance outages. Generate technical reports on completed maintenance tasks. * Ensure the integrity, proper operation, and availability of our customers' facilities. * Evaluate and develop suppliers and subcontractors. Generate requests for outsourced services. * Comply with and enforce Siemens Energy internal standards and procedures, as well as customer internal procedures applicable to the Maintenance contract. * Respond to plant emergencies 24/7 according to assigned on-call schedule. **What you bring** * University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with more than 10 years of experience in maintenance of power generation plants or industries with highly complex equipment. * Experience in maintenance of Turbines, Generators, hydraulic systems, rotating equipment. * General knowledge of Power Generation Plants. Proven experience managing personnel and large interdisciplinary teams. * Experience in developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance routines. * Proficiency in written and spoken English.
