Plan and coordinate resources during annual scheduled maintenance. **How you will stand out** * Manage daily and annual scheduled planning, optimizing resources and increasing plant reliability. * Perform root cause analysis of recurring failures and support development of solution proposals. * Prepare technical specifications for service activities or spare parts. * Analyze spare parts and consumables inventory to continuously improve correct stock levels. * Prepare maintenance reports and manage indicators (KPIs). * Continuously evaluate the maintenance plan, support supervisors in task coordination, and identify process and equipment improvement opportunities. **What you bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in maintenance of power generation plants or industries with highly complex equipment. * Experience in maintenance of industrial plants, gas and/or steam turbines, electrical generators, hydraulic systems, and industrial instrumentation. General knowledge of power generation plants. * Experience in creating and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance routines. * Excellent interpersonal skills, strong teamwork values, and proven experience managing personnel and large interdisciplinary teams. * Results-oriented attitude, ability to solve problems under pressure, and focus on customer satisfaction. Adaptability and capacity to learn new skills. * Intermediate/advanced level of English communication (written and oral).
