The Maintenance team at the San Jerónimo Sud Industrial Unit is seeking a Reliability Manager who, through anticipation and development of innovative strategies, will be responsible for eliminating failures, occurrences, and driving new implementations to meet the Maintenance and Reliability Program requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Act as the primary liaison between plant teams and corporate areas * Improve reliability of active equipment * Detect and anticipate failures in equipment and machinery * Recommend new designs, technologies, and maintenance practices * Receive reports from field personnel and inspectors and perform corresponding analysis, ensuring this information is properly recorded in SAP * Monitor and analyze data trends from PdM and PM returns * Track and supervise planning and scheduling tasks, ensuring all planned steps are completed, and evaluate feedback from field personnel and supervisors to implement improvements * Monitor and track strategic and tactical reliability indicators * Ensure and execute failure mode analyses (RCA) * Supervise lubrication technicians and inspectors' functions and technical criteria to ensure compliance with ARROP program requirements * Participate in and follow up on budget preparation and purchase requests * Together with the Maintenance Manager, be responsible for delivering predetermined outputs from the BPS Reliability Pillar and lead the Reliability Committee **Required Technical Profile** .Professionals graduated from university degrees such as Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering (mandatory) .Proven experience of at least four years in Maintenance area and solid knowledge in Reliability (mandatory) .Industrial technical knowledge and expertise in predictive and preventive maintenance tasks .Experience leading and managing work teams both under and outside collective agreements .Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory) .Intermediate English proficiency **Work Location:** San Jerónimo Sud Industrial Unit Bunge believes in diversity and recognizes differences as a path to growth.
