




* Responsible for scheduling operational maintenance of all mechanical components in the plant. * Schedule daily maintenance activities; organize work teams; set repair priorities. * Request quotations and prepare maintenance budgets. * Organize spare parts inventories; forecast replenishments; propose spare parts stock policies, place purchase orders. * Establish necessary communications with manufacturers and suppliers to stay updated on relevant technological advancements. * Read and interpret P&ID. * Responsible for organizing technical files of equipment. * Monitor tasks/works carried out by third parties. * Conduct technical acceptance of materials, equipment, instruments, accessories, etc., and approve payment. * Maintain statistics on failures, breakdowns, etc. * Implement predictive maintenance based on available records. * Manage modifications aimed at technological upgrades of facilities and/or increased efficiency. * Propose staff training. * Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines. * Fulfill HSE responsibilities specified in procedures as applicable. * Coordinate and supervise tasks related to General Services (building maintenance, flooring and green areas, cleaning and general facility upkeep). * Assist in scheduling operational maintenance for all plant components. * Supervise and/or perform daily predictive and preventive maintenance activities. * Supervise mechanical workshop tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness of tool storage and workshop areas. * Supervise and/or perform maintenance tasks on rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, valves, etc. * Monitor tasks/works carried out by third parties. * Maintain fixed assets inventory. * Assist in technical acceptance of materials, equipment, instruments, accessories, etc. * Monitor compliance with HSE guidelines within their work area. * Fulfill HSE responsibilities specified in procedures as applicable. ### **Requirements** * Mechanical Engineer or related field. * Experience in similar positions leading maintenance teams, working with rotating equipment, gas turbines, manual and automatic valves, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and high-pressure boilers. * Proficiency in technical English and knowledge of IT tools: SAP; Power BI (desirable) and Windows.
