Camera Operator (CamOps) Job Summary We are seeking a Camera Operator to join our team and participate in internationally broadcast live sports events. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating PTZ cameras using a joystick, following the director’s instructions, and collaborating throughout the entire technical process associated with each broadcast. Interest in sports is valued. Responsibilities Operate PTZ cameras with joystick following the director’s instructions. Participate in pre-broadcast technical tests and ensure equipment stability. Collaborate throughout the entire technical process associated with each broadcast. Work Mode and Hours Full-time on-site position. 40 hours per week, on rotating shifts (including weekends). Weekend or nighttime work may be required according to the sports calendar. Flexible work schedule: 8 hours per day with 2 days off per week, or 4–6 hours per day with 1 day off per week. Requirements Prior experience operating PTZ cameras. Proficiency in using joysticks for camera control. Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure. Capacity to collaborate within technical teams. Interest in the sports domain. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
