GENERAL PURPOSE. Perform admission and public access control functions at the facility or in public spaces to ensure security while meeting our customers' expectations. As an operator at an alarm/video monitoring control center, you will be responsible for supervising and protecting all individuals and sites connected to the monitoring center. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES. * Must remain alert, respond to alarms, and handle adverse situations by applying established procedures. * Comply with all instructions outlined in the service's Specific Directive, properly documenting tasks in the Logbook and/or available digital platforms. * At all times adhere to company policies as defined in the "Code of Values and Ethics" and all other policies established by Securitas Argentina, acting as a faithful observer and ensuring their effective implementation. * Be in charge of electronic, communication, and digital tools provided for the service, being responsible for both their proper operational use and their care and maintenance. * Keep the supervisor informed of all incidents occurring during the service to enable appropriate management. * Maintain confidentiality of any information accessed while performing job duties. Requirements Residence in Santa Fe capital (Mandatory) Availability for rotating shifts of 8, 9, and 12 hours (Mandatory). Completed secondary education with transcript (Mandatory). Proficiency in PC usage (Excel, Word, email) and office software. Motorcycle or car license and personal mobility (Desirable). Experience in roles related to the function (CCTV) (Desirable). Professional appearance, self-control, service vocation, commitment and responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and capacity to walk throughout the service area during the work shift.
