Their key role is to act as a change agent at all organizational levels, actively contributing to competency development through the practical and pragmatic implementation of NCE. **Un día en la vida de...** **Main responsibilities will be:** Provide SUPPORT to achieve defined Factory KPI targets through LEADERSHIP in the pragmatic implementation of NCE and its relevant practices: Goal Alignment, TPM/LEAN, Process Improvement. Actively collaborate in the development of the Factory’s OPERATIONAL MASTER PLAN (OMP) to meet Business and Technical Division objectives. Support the development of OPERATOR and TECHNICIAN AUTONOMY through NCE/TPM implementation. Build competencies in SYSTEMATIC PROBLEM SOLVING to identify ROOT CAUSES. Develop competencies for creating and implementing KEY STANDARD ROUTINES (KSR) to ensure SUSTAINABILITY of results. Participate in the creation and improvement of line standards. Define and support the development of methodological and functional competencies according to area needs to ensure daily operations and achievement of results. **Lo que te hará exitoso** **Job requirements are:** * University student in Engineering, Postgraduate studies (desirable) * More than 5 years; Experience in technical areas (food production) * Proficient in Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP * Intermediate English (desirable)
