Join our Production team as **Process Engineer - Crushing**, leading process optimization initiatives in the Crushing and Lecithin areas, and contributing to continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and sustainability. **Job Description** * Evaluate industrial activities while adhering to current safety regulations. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and participate in improvement teams. * Integrate and coordinate requirements among sectors involved in the industrial process. * Coordinate and oversee the startup of new processes and restarts after scheduled shutdowns. * Provide internal coverage during asset commissioning or internal staff movements. * Supervise various stages of the production process. * Participate in plant expansion projects, energy savings, quality improvement, and Crushing efficiency enhancement. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial sector companies. * Knowledge in: + Operations coordination (receiving, storage, production, and shipping) + Inventory and grain quality control + Budget preparation and control + Personnel management + Supply chain management + Large-scale industrial processes **Additional Information** * Active participation in plant improvement and expansion projects. * Focus on operational efficiency (OEE), yields, and specific consumption. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, safety, and environmental policies. * Analytical, flexible, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to work in teams and lead interdisciplinary initiatives
