**Position Snapshot** Position: Manufacturing Excellence Manager Location: Santo Tome, Santa Fe Company: Nestlé Business: Purina Effective Contract FG H **Position Purpose:** The MEM is responsible for coordinating all NCE initiatives within the Plant, focusing on measuring and continuously improving manufacturing processes in all dimensions (SHE, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Costs). Their fundamental role is to act as a change agent at all organizational levels, actively contributing to competency development through pragmatic and practical implementation of NCE. **A day in the life of...** **Main responsibilities will be:** Provide SUPPORT to achieve defined Factory KPI targets through LEADERSHIP in pragmatic implementation of NCE and its relevant practices: Goal Alignment, TPM/LEAN, Process Improvement. Actively collaborate in developing the Factory’s OPERATIONAL MASTER PLAN (OMP) to meet Business and Technical Division objectives. Support development of operator and technician AUTONOMY through NCE/TPM implementation. Build systemic problem-solving COMPETENCIES enabling identification of ROOT CAUSES. Develop competencies for creating and implementing KEY STANDARD ROUTINES (KSR) ensuring SUSTAINABILITY of results. Participate in creation and improvement of line standards.
