We are seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant for the accounting department at a major distributor of gastronomic products. Join a leading gastronomic products company currently experiencing robust growth and expansion in the city of Villa Gob. Gálvez! Your main responsibilities will include: Knowledge and experience in cash handling. Control over collections, sales, and supplier reimbursement processes. Proficiency in accounting management systems, preferably ODOO (similar to HOLISTOR). Knowledge of invoicing. Management of customer accounts, bank reconciliations, deposits, and payments. Attention to and management of supplier accounts. Responsibility. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM · What profile are we looking for? More than 2 years of verifiable experience in the specified areas. Mandatory experience in Odoo or similar accounting management systems (Holistor/Tango). Mandatory experience across all aspects of the accounting field. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. We especially value: Experience in the ACCOUNTING field (mandatory).
