




### **Responsible for generating clinical demand for the franchises included within the promotional grid as Sales Rep Oncology. Will be responsible for proactively identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned with the needs and objectives of key business stakeholders, and providing solutions for business development (Rosario).** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * ### **Conduct promotion in clinics, private offices, hospitals, and institutions, ensuring implementation of strategies defined by AstraZeneca.** * ### **Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the area of work related to involved pathologies, AstraZeneca products and competitors' products, as well as continuously improving sales communication skills.** * ### **Responsible for achieving penetration, development, evolution, and growth of the promoted products.** * ### **Ensure proper compliance with corporate standards and internal policies (Compliance, Business Code of Conduct).** * ### **Generate and consolidate strong long-term relationships with physicians in each area, indirect customers: pharmacies, pharmacy managers, and medical auditors from Provincial, Union, and Private Health Insurance providers within their area of influence.** * ### **Analyze prescribing potential per specialist and competitor penetration. Must have the ability to analyze market data, demographic information, and data related to managed markets in order to thoroughly understand the assigned sales territory.** * ### **Identify and establish strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in each zone/institution.** * ### **Set priorities, challenging quantitative and qualitative objectives, plan regional activities and work itineraries, and promote teamwork.** ### **Requirements:** * **Experience within the pharmaceutical industry in oncology lines, minimum of 5 years.** * **Medical Advertising Agent (with Registration). University degree (Desirable).** * **Residing in Rosario and responsible for other areas of influence within the region.
