Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage e-commerce platform operations, including products, orders, customer service, and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Work Location: Villa Gobernador Gálvez, Santa Fe Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Employment Mode: IN-PERSON. Contract Type: MONOTRIBUTO. Main responsibilities include: - Uploading, updating, and maintaining products, prices, images, and promotions on platforms such as Mercado Libre and Tienda Nube. - Managing integrators (inventory synchronization, listings, and data consistency control). - Verifying orders, controlling sales invoices, and coordinating with logistics for order fulfillment, invoicing, and dispatch. - Tracking shipments and resolving operational incidents. - Handling customer complaints, cancellations, and returns (RMA). - Providing customer service via email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms. - Ensuring proper backend and website functionality. - Generating operational reports: sales, complaints, response times, and inventory turnover. - Identifying stockouts and low-turnover products, generating alerts to support decision-making. Requirements: - Prior experience in operational e-commerce roles (mandatory). - Proficiency with online sales platforms such as Mercado Libre, Tienda Nube, or similar. - Knowledge of order management, logistics, and customer service. - Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile. - Strong command of digital tools and management systems.
