Enterprise Consultants is currently searching for a Construction Coordinator to join a leading fire protection services company located in Rosario, Santa Fe. · Job Responsibilities Direct support to the Presidency in operational and strategic management. Planning and organization of construction projects and works. Preparation and control of budgets. Fieldwork supervision and coordination. Technical follow-up of installations and industrial assemblies. Negotiation with current and potential clients. Technical and commercial visits to industrial plants. Technical problem analysis and resolution. Control of quantity take-offs and technical documentation. Future coordination of work teams (medium-term). · Requirements University degree: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Architecture. Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Coordinator roles. Proven experience in: Fire detection and protection systems, industrial assemblies and piping, technical management and planning, budgeting and quantity take-offs, commercial negotiation. (Mandatory) Knowledge of Fire Protection Systems (Mandatory). Knowledge of standards: ISO, NFPA, IRAM. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Skills required: Leadership ability, analytical capability, negotiation skills, problem-solving orientation.
