Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Blending Operator to prepare waste loads by removing solids and liquids to produce homogeneous mixtures in an environmental management company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of solid and liquid waste loads 2. Operation of forklifts and similar tools 3. Participation in industrial safety and fire protection Lumina Consultora is supporting a major industrial company engaged in waste treatment and environmental management in its search for a Blending Operator. The candidate will be responsible for preparing waste loads by removing solids and liquids to achieve uniform mixtures. Key Duties: Prepare solid and liquid waste loads to generate homogeneous mixtures. Load and unload raw materials: bags, drums, and bulk material. Feed hoppers, mixers, or furnaces using manual shovels and similar tools. Remove waste, slag, dust, or spilled material. Transport mixed material in buckets or drums. Deliver material to the furnace for subsequent incineration. Label batches and work with manifests. Maintain order and cleanliness in production areas. Serve as a fire brigade member during fire emergencies. Comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001). Requirements: Experience operating forklifts with valid Category E2 license / shovel operation. Experience in industrial operational tasks. Physical stamina and ability to manually handle heavy loads. Basic knowledge of chemical products. Proficiency in using personal protective equipment (PPE). Basic knowledge of industrial safety and fire protection. Proactive attitude, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills. On-site work mode in Puerto General San Martín. Rotating schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00–14:00 one week; 14:00–22:00 the following week. Every other Saturday. If you are seeking a new career opportunity, do not hesitate to apply.
