Candidates are expected to meet production targets within scheduled timeframes, follow operational processes and standards, and comply with the company-defined quality levels. Tasks include: adhering to safety regulations, procedures, and objectives; executing tasks specified in Operation Sheets and established standards; achieving daily production targets; attending scheduled training sessions; and assembling materials and semi-finished products using light manual tools and equipment. Required Experience: Prior production experience is not mandatory. Experience in similar tasks will be valued, as it facilitates the adaptation period. Training and development opportunities within the company are available for candidates with manual dexterity/skills. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.
