




We are looking for a technical support engineer with approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in the field. **Required Skills:** * Experience in administration, installation, and maintenance of devices such as laptops, desktop computers, printers, Android tablets, and mobile devices, as well as support for Windows and MacOS operating systems. * Ability to coordinate with remote and on-site support teams, ensuring service requests and incidents are resolved effectively and promptly. * Extensive experience with the Service Now tool (incident logging, management, and reporting). * English language proficiency is desirable (conversational and written). **General Responsibilities** * **On-site IT Support:** * Inventory management, administration, and maintenance of devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, MAC devices, IHMS data collectors, etc.) * Technical support for networks and servers * **IMAC and Break\-Fix Support:** * Installation of devices and software, moves, additions of new components, configuration changes, and eventual removal or decommissioning of assets no longer needed. * * **Meeting Room Support:** * Provide intelligent technical support for conference room devices.
