Job Summary: We are seeking a Press Operator for the scrap metal sector, responsible for operating presses and lifting equipment, equipment monitoring, and material sorting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of press and lifting equipment for loading and compaction of scrap. 2. Visual inspection of equipment condition and compliance with safety regulations. 3. Material sorting to prevent compaction of prohibited items. We are currently looking for a Press Operator to work in the scrap metal sector in the southern area of Rosario Main Duties: Operation of press and lifting equipment (octopus, magnet, or shear) for loading, unloading, and compaction of scrap. Visual inspection of equipment condition and compliance with safety regulations. Material sorting to prevent compaction of prohibited items. Requirements: Prior experience operating backhoes (mandatory). Willingness to travel to different provinces (work at plant sites and supplier premises). Commitment to safety and achievement of daily targets. Conditions: Employment under the Commercial Employees Collective Bargaining Agreement. Per diems and production bonuses paid during travel.
