Meet requested production plans and ensure efficient management of resources (materials and personnel). Achieve plant KPI targets. Be responsible from the Supply Chain area for implementing projects at the plant. Ensure compliance and participation in WCM programs. Lead and coordinate feasibility and capacity tests at the plant. Develop and analyze performance indicators. Analyze process improvements at the plant. Manage direct reports and demonstrate ability to work in teams. Analyze line and equipment efficiency; act as a consultant in decision-making and problem-solving; facilitate implementation of necessary actions to maximize results. Lead multidisciplinary teams (Quality - SHE - PM - AM Engineering) within the work area to successfully execute the area’s master plan. Ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Your key collaborators will be: R&D, Quality, SHE, Maintenance, UMS, Engineering, T&I. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?** Graduates or soon-to-graduate professionals with engineering degrees. Previous experience of 3-5 years in production or operational roles. Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing operations, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods. Ability to work rotating shifts according to process needs. Advanced proficiency in computer tools. Excellent relationship and communication skills with internal and external customers.
