Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks of the Role** * Act as an SAP FI consultant providing support and integration to CO (Controlling) processes in an industrial environment. * Gather, analyze, and map business requirements from finance, accounting, tax, and controlling departments of agricultural machinery manufacturers. * Configure, customize, and maintain SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank) and their integration with CO (cost centers, internal orders, CO-PA, and product costing). * Ensure compliance with Argentine accounting and tax regulations (VAT, withholdings, perceptions, provincial and federal taxes). * Support integration with MM, SD, and PP modules, ensuring accurate accounting for inventory, production, industrial costs, and assets. * Support monthly and annual financial and management closing processes. * Develop and validate financial and management reports for cost, margin, and profitability analysis by product, product line, or manufacturing unit. * Support implementation projects, rollouts, continuous improvement initiatives, and migration to SAP S/4HANA. * Train key users and provide advanced functional support. * Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business areas, ensuring alignment with local industrial processes. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience as an SAP FI consultant with hands-on involvement in CO. * Experience in industrial companies, preferably in agricultural machinery manufacturing, automotive components, or capital goods. * Solid knowledge of: + Financial and management accounting + Industrial costing and production control + Cost centers, internal orders, and CO-PA * In-depth knowledge of Argentine tax and accounting legislation (VAT, withholdings, perceptions, AFIP, provincial taxes). * Experience integrating SAP FI with MM, SD, and PP. * Fluent Spanish (spoken and written). * Experience in SAP implementation, support, or rollout projects. * Ability to work autonomously under a PJ (individual contractor) or service contract arrangement. * Availability to work locally in Argentina (remote or hybrid, depending on the project). **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with SAP S/4HANA. * Knowledge of SAP New GL, Advanced Asset Accounting, and Fast Close. * Experience in multinational environments or LATAM projects. * Knowledge of standard vs. actual cost management and budgetary control. * Basic ABAP knowledge for functional debugging. * Technical/intermediate English. * Experience with financial audits and compliance. * SAP FI or FI/CO certifications. **What We Offer** * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.

Work as part of a team, contributing ideas for design solutions and participating in design reviews. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Contribute to the analysis of information, specification of methods, and process steps for machinery and equipment required to design and continuously improve manufacturing or materials processes and process systems, in order to deliver the final product within specified cost and quality parameters. * Contribute to the development and implementation of feasibility tests for proposed engineering solutions to provide feedback and data validating the design. * Contribute to the analysis of information, drafting of engineering standards and specifications, and evaluation of the effectiveness of such standards to inform work within the organization and/or its suppliers, contractors and consultants. * Identify deficiencies in existing processes, systems and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them. * Carry out small to medium\-scale projects working within an established program management plan. * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of relevant technology, external regulations and industry best practices. * Collaborate with other professional teams to ensure service users receive consistent and seamless support that meets their needs. * Create and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation with a high level of quality, and back up files to ensure immediate recovery in case problems arise. * Conduct inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering work and/or the integrity of existing facilities or structures, and make recommendations regarding necessary repair work to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory) * Advanced student or graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (mandatory) * Advanced proficiency in English for daily communication (mandatory) * Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical mechanisms, and 3D design tools. * Knowledge of SAP. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
