Provide training and instruction to R\+D and technical personnel. Prepare periodic reports for Management and Board of Directors. Requirements Advanced student or graduate in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields. More than 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of INASE regulations regarding infrastructure required to establish a seed quality laboratory. Experience in seed quality analysis according to current INASE regulations.
