Explore a world of possibilities and join our team! **Position Objective:** Carry out kitchen tasks to provide travelers and staff with high\-standard dining service aligned with the established gastronomic concept. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare hot, cold, or pastry kitchen dishes for travelers, staff, and explorations. Perform mise en place according to technical sheets and hotel occupancy. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organize food supplies using the FIFO method. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Verify that products comply with Explora's policies. Application Requirements Technical or higher education in Gastronomy or related field. At least 1 year of prior kitchen experience. Hotel culinary experience (desirable). Availability to reside in El Chaltén. We build Explora together!
