HR Generalist

**Role Purpose:** Responsible for developing and implementing HR processes to attract, train, and retain the right talent, ensuring that supported departments (Finance, Sales, CS, OPS, IT) receive the necessary advisory support and assistance in implementing various HR subsystems. Also responsible for ensuring compliance with company and HR department policies, processes, and procedures. **Responsibilities:** Plan and implement recruitment and selection processes, ensuring that vacancies are filled as quickly as possible with candidates best matching organizational needs—considering internal resources, diversity and inclusion strategy, and focus on future talent. Coordinate, implement, and monitor hiring and onboarding processes for new employees as well as those promoted or internally rotated for development purposes, to ensure proper company induction and support adaptation to new roles. Participate in implementing the annual training plan, promoting internal talent development. Ensure internal communications related to people management, to keep employees informed, foster motivation and commitment, and coordinate internal (in collaboration with CIS) and external training, ensuring adherence to the annual plan and promoting human talent development and retention. Submit monthly and ad-hoc reports on payroll, personnel, and other HR-related processes, ensuring visibility of departmental activities and provision of relevant functional information. Implement and monitor employee exit processes to ensure compliance with formal legal obligations and conduct exit interviews. Provide supporting information and documentation for internal and external audits, demonstrating compliance with local legislation and DHL’s internal regulations.
