Explore a world of possibilities and join our team! **Position Objective:** Supervise order, cleanliness, and standards across all assigned areas (rooms, common areas, laundry), ensuring excellence and immaculacy in traveler service while attending to every detail. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise the implementation of operational and safety standards across all assigned areas (rooms, common areas, laundry, and pool). Prepare and supervise daily room readiness for Check\-in and Check\-out, daily cleaning, and coverage. Coordinate daily facility cleaning with the Hotel Operations team. Assign rooms according to assigned roles and occupancy policies. Conduct daily briefings before each service, assigning team roles and communicating special traveler requirements. Supervise and assign shifts and roles for all personnel under supervision, ensuring appropriate distribution of work hours. Monitor inventory and workspace organization, verifying that warehouse orders align with occupancy levels. Ensure availability of materials and supplies required for proper operations (operations and uniforms). Train the team on flawless execution of laundry, room, and common area operations. Respond to traveler requests, coordinating with other departments as needed. Handle area contingencies per established protocols. Communicate any identified traveler needs to other hotel departments. Participate in and promote sustainability initiatives, safeguarding territories and their heritage. Application Requirements: Completed secondary education. Office software knowledge (desirable). Minimum 2 years’ experience in housekeeping departments. Minimum 1 year’s experience supervising hospitality teams (mandatory). Proficiency in operating cleaning and laundry equipment. Knowledge of hygiene protocols. Willingness to reside in El Chaltén or surrounding areas. We build Explora together!
