**The Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled **UI/UX Lead** to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will own the entire design process — from discovery through delivery — collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape products that delight users and drive business results.
