We seek a candidate with solid technical experience and leadership ability, capable of guiding development teams, making architectural decisions, and ensuring solution quality in modern microservices-based environments. Responsibilities Lead development teams and coordinate technical tasks Design and develop microservices-based solutions Define development architectures and standards Participate in technical and strategic project decisions Oversee code quality and best practices Implement and promote Test Driven Development (TDD) and best development practices Work with APIs, middleware, and databases Collaborate in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) Ensure system integration and solution scalability Monitor applications and performance Mandatory Requirements +5 years of software development experience Experience leading technical teams Experience designing and developing applications and APIs Knowledge of design and integration patterns Experience with agile methodologies Experience with TDD and Domain Driven Design (DDD) Knowledge of microservices architecture and asynchronous processing Technology Stack Java / Kotlin Spring Framework Oracle / MongoDB / Redis REST (JSON / XML / YAML) Swagger / Git OpenShift / AWS Dynatrace / Kibana Desirable Requirements Experience with microfrontends / Single SPA Knowledge of Twelve-Factor App principles. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree Years of experience Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist, leader, head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor
