At **Frávega Tech**, we are looking for a **Security Operations Tech Lead** to join our **Information Security** team, focused on **leading** and **transforming** the User Management team (GDU) into a Security Operations (SOC N1\) and IAM function. **What will be your main challenges?** * **Team leadership and development:** Guide the team through the transition, define the area’s maturity roadmap, and support the individual growth of each member. This role requires active mentoring, not just management. * **IAM / GDU operations automation:** Identify, prioritize, and execute automation of repetitive processes using AI tools, scripting, and APIs. * **Ownership of the CrowdStrike suite:** Manage and evolve available modules: EDR, SIEM, Complete, Surface, and SOAR. Define policies, tune detections, and ensure the platform meets the team’s operational needs. * **Triage and incident response (Phase 2\):** Monitor alerts, classify security events by severity, and coordinate initial response. Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team for escalation to N2 when required. * **Threat intelligence:** Process findings from the cyber intelligence service and translate them into concrete operational actions for the team. * **Passive on-call duties:** Build and participate in a rotating passive on-call schedule for incident handling outside regular business hours. ###### **Requirements** * University degree or currently pursuing one in Systems Engineering. * 7\+ years of experience in security operations (SOC, CERT, SecOps or similar) * 2\+ years of experience leading or serving as a technical reference for teams, with emphasis on people development. * Solid expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM / IGA) * Experience operating EDR/XDR and SIEM platforms in production environments * Proven ability to design and implement automations (scripting, APIs, low\-code) * Experience applying threat intelligence to operations (operational threat intel) * Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to growing professionals * Languages: Intermediate or advanced English. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * CISSP, CEH, CrowdStrike CCFA / CCFR, or CompTIA Security\+ certifications will be highly valued. * Knowledge of frameworks: MITRE ATT\&CK, NIST CSF * Experience in retail, finance, or organizations with high identity volume * Familiarity with SOAR tools or incident response automation * Specific CrowdStrike experience (a significant differentiator) ###### **Benefits** * “Frávega Benefit”: discounts on our products ‍ ‍ * Agreements with top universities * Language center discounts * Exclusive gym discount for you and your family * Benefits Club platform * Promotions and discounts at businesses across various sectors * Agreements with major banks * Daycare reimbursement * Flexible Fridays * “Frávega Tech” Week: an additional week of vacation ###### **Details** Minimum education level: University degree ##### **About Us** At **Frávega**, we constantly evolve.
