Your mission will be to support the O&M Management team on core matters related to the operation and maintenance management of the Salta power plants, with the objective of providing tools for strategic and tactical decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage milestone and annual fixed fee payments, Activation Model, and key sections of the Long-Term Maintenance Contract TERMOANES / SIEMENS. Track spare parts shipments, prepare purchase requests, and support the COMEX and Warehousing departments. * Collaborate in preparing OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the various Salta power plants. Conduct historical analysis, periodic budget tracking, deviation alerts, inter-account budget transfers, and long-term investment visibility. * Develop and maintain an up-to-date dashboard of key performance indicators for Salta power plant management. Prepare various reports and presentations required by the O&M Management teams of the Salta power plants. * Conduct periodic training for the O&M team on maintenance engineering concepts, reliability, SAP management, etc., within your area of responsibility. * Support various O&M departments in interpreting key maintenance indicators, budgets, warehousing, etc. * Support O&M Management teams in analyzing and tracking fixed O&M costs. * Keep information related to your area of responsibility updated in the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). * Monitor investment projects (CAPEX) throughout their lifecycle, staying updated and maintaining continuous communication with respective departmental and engineering leads until project completion and subsequent accounting activation. You will be responsible for asset registration and deregistration. * Review monthly expense provisions and OPEX / CAPEX forecasts. * Track and update InterAndes investments requested by ENRE (Five-Year Investment Plan). * Collaborate with various O&M departments on local logistics matters in Salta and monitor maintenance of AES fleet vehicles. **Requirements** * University degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Maintenance Management. * Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SAP and Power BI (preferred). * Intermediate English (preferred). **We improve the lives of more than 10+ million people through the safe and reliable delivery of energy.
