Job Description: At **Novatium**, we are looking for a **Help Desk Operator** to join our on-site technical support team at an important client. We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in **level 1 incident resolution**, real-time case follow-up, and support for contractors or internal users. Proactivity, effective communication skills, and results orientation will be essential. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures according to the type of case reported. * Perform real-time case follow-up, monitoring deadlines and proactively reporting those approaching expiration. * Monitor the number of mobile devices or resources assigned to incident resolution, prioritizing urgent and emergency cases. * Use designated management and communication tools for case administration and tracking. ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **technical support or level 1 help desk**. * Knowledge of ticketing and incident management tools. * Ability to work within defined procedures. * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and proactive attitude. ### **Education:** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Training or courses in computer science, networking, or technical support will be valued. ### **Work Schedule and Location:** Wednesday to Saturday from 13:00 to 21:00 and Sundays from 08:00 to 16:00.
