Your mission will be to scale our business model securely and profitably through automation, continuous optimization, and the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence. **Key Challenges and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------- * **Strategic Leadership and Synergy:** You will lead the heads of *Fraud Prevention*, *Onboarding & Parameterization*, and *Operational Support*. Your management will span from customer onboarding to platform availability, with a cross-functional view across Logistics and Customer Support to ensure a unified *end-to-end* experience. * **Process Excellence (BPE):** Implement continuous improvement methodologies to diagnose bottlenecks and redesign workflows, eliminating friction across the entire merchant lifecycle. * **Innovation and Operational AI:** Lead the automation *roadmap*. You must identify use cases where AI (predictive models, generative AI for support or automated validations) maximizes productivity and reduces human error. * **Acquirer Scalability:** Ensure the operational infrastructure supports exponential growth in transaction volume (CP and CNP) while maintaining administrative efficiency. * **Risk and Fraud Management:** Oversee data-driven preventive control strategies, ensuring compliance with the financial ecosystem’s most stringent security standards. **What do we value in you?** -------------------------- * **Track Record:** Minimum 5 years of experience in operational leadership roles within Fintechs, Acquirers, or Banking, with demonstrable success in process transformation. * **Technological Mindset:** Solid experience in automation projects (RPA, No-code/Low-code) and applying AI tools in financial environments. * **BPE Experience:** Mastery of optimization methodologies applied to digital services (Lean, Six Sigma or similar). * **Payments Ecosystem:** Technical understanding of card-present (CP) and card-not-present (CNP) payments, as well as the regulatory framework in Argentina and fraud prevention. * **Leadership of Leaders:** Proven ability to manage middle management and coordinate solutions with matrixed departments. **Key Competencies** ----------------------- * **Results orientation** in highly complex environments. * **Deep analytical capability** and KPI/OKR-based management. * **Problem-solving** and critical incident management with composure. * **Service orientation**, with focus on quality and business continuity. **Skills:** AI Integration, Automation, Business, Business Management, Engines, Field Engineering Management, Managerial Problem-Solving, Operational Efficiency, Payment Services, People Management
