We are hiring an **IT Technical Support Coordinator**, responsible for leading daily technical support operations, ensuring an excellent service experience for our internal users, and guaranteeing compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs). We seek candidates with experience leading technical support or help desk teams, strong internal customer orientation, and the ability to drive continuous improvements. Location: Palermo, CABA. Work Modality: Hybrid 4x1 (4 days onsite). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. ✅ **Key Challenges:** * Coordinate daily operations of the IT Technical Support team, ensuring proper assignment and tracking of incidents and requests. * Lead and develop the team through feedback, coaching, and performance monitoring. * Ensure SLA compliance by monitoring backlog, response times, and resolution quality. * Manage escalations, critical incidents, and requests from key users. * Drive improvements in processes, documentation, and the team’s knowledge base. * Supervise management of technological assets and user onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes. * Coordinate activities with Infrastructure, Security, Projects, and external vendors. * Generate management reports and KPIs to support decision-making. * Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of operational processes. ✅ **What We Are Looking For:** * Advanced students or graduates in fields related to Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks, or Telecommunications. * Experience leading IT Technical Support or Help Desk teams. * Knowledge of IT service management, SLAs, and incident management. * Experience using ITSM tools, preferably Jira. * Knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365\. * Experience managing technological assets and supporting internal customers. * Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management best practices (desirable). * Technical/Intermediate English (desirable). * Service-oriented profile with strong organizational, leadership, and continuous improvement capabilities. **Join Verisure and enjoy these amazing benefits!** Swiss Medical health insurance for you and your immediate family. ️ Meal benefit.
