In/Out Floor Coordinator (call center)

Looking for a **Floor Coordinator In (customer service)/Out (sales)** \- **San Rafael, Mendoza** **\- Full time, Monday to Friday \- On-site** We are seeking a candidate with results and quality orientation, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work in teams, leadership and conflict resolution skills. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily performance of both inbound and outbound call centers, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction goals through indicator analysis and real-time monitoring * Support and follow up with team leaders, providing guidelines, coaching, and assistance in people management * Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Quality, Back Office, Planning, Human Resources) to ensure operational continuity and process optimization * Identify KPI deviations and propose and implement corrective and preventive action plans * Conduct client follow-up meetings to present performance reports, analyze results, and align expectations * Monitor compliance with customer service protocols, internal processes, and current policies through audits, critical case reviews, and performance monitoring, fostering team commitment through recognition and active listening **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or related fields * 3 to 4 years of experience in call center operations coordination or supervision * Experience in tracking customer service and sales KPIs and managing frontline teams * Skills in data analysis and interpretation * Knowledge of regulatory procedures (internal, legal, or specific technical regulations) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) * Advanced skills in communication tools (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, etc.) * Advanced knowledge of internal management platforms (CRM, Power BI, internal systems) * Must reside in San Rafael or nearby, or have relocation availability **We offer:** * Direct employment relationship with the company * Private health insurance for employee and family * Birthday day off * Discounts at universities, training centers, and language institutes * Gym, optical shops, and other selected merchant discounts Job type: Full-time, permanent Application questions: * Do you have 3 to 4 years of prior experience similar to what is required? * Do you hold studies in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or similar? * Do you have experience managing KPIs and leading teams? * Do you have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM and Power BI?
