This includes ensuring compliance with studio regulations. Must ensure all games are conducted in accordance with studio rules. This includes implementing responsible gaming policies and security measures. Responsible for verifying game presenters prior to the start of their shift to ensure they meet the organization’s established personal presentation standards. Ensure sufficient staffing levels to guarantee proper operation and adherence to scheduled timelines. If not, manage absences and find solutions to maintain uninterrupted operations. Provide game presenters with detailed performance indicator information to establish effective improvement plans. Update daily reports, behavior tracking forms, table change requests, and standby utilization. Ensure each operating table has a game presenter at all times. Ensure all tables operate without interruption. Frequently check emails for notification messages and contact responsible personnel when necessary. Complete and submit the corresponding shift report for the SS receiving the next shift, and share it with the team. Keep TTS and NEVOS updates current—including tardiness, absences, emergency cases, and role changes—and record such updates in designated wikis to verify completion. This process ensures all SS personnel are adequately informed and able to take timely, appropriate action. Update payroll in ESBO for the upcoming shift—whether morning, afternoon, or night. Organize morning, afternoon, and night shift rotations in ESBO. Update the previous day’s error and badshuffler forms and upload them to the OneDrive cloud. Conduct feedback for the previous day’s shift. Set up the shuffler rotation for the next shift in TTS and ensure it is updated on shared screens for game presenters. Notify the supervisor of all shift events and send a brief Slack report summarizing the day’s occurrences. Create the next day’s shift schedule in NEVOS (only if two supervisors are scheduled). Responsible for changing cards daily at 6:00 a.m. (completing the form legibly). Update shift reports for ARG daily on the wiki. Requirements Prior experience in the online gaming or land-based casino industry, minimum 3 months in the current role. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of online casino operations, covering local and international regulations, various game types offered, and responsible gaming practices. Additionally, prior experience in supervisory or managerial roles—preferably in similar environments such as physical or virtual casinos—is essential. This includes skills in team leadership, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with established regulations and procedures. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Ability to direct and supervise teams comprising game presenters and floor staff, ensuring an efficient and collaborative work environment. Familiarity with rules and procedures of various casino games to ensure correct operation and resolve disputes. Ability to handle conflict situations and resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining operational continuity.
