




We are looking for Collections Analysts to manage cases with delinquency over 90 days, within an environment that combines experience, technology, and professional support. **What will you do?** * Contact customers with overdue debts and manage effective agreements. * Negotiate payment proposals using specific strategies according to each delinquency stage. * Manage your assigned portfolio by applying defined strategies, focusing on meeting recovery targets. * Resolve complex situations using tools and team support. * Improve the customer's experience and credit status through empathetic and efficient management. **What will you learn?** * Work alongside your supervisor and support teams who guide you, train you, and provide practical tools to improve your negotiation skills daily. * Develop commercial, analytical, and decision-making skills in an environment committed to constant innovation in collection processes. **Required Experience** * Collections or recoveries \- sales \- commercial retention * Experience contacting delinquent customers (ideally with \+6\+ 90 days of delinquency). * Ability to negotiate payment plans and secure firm repayment commitments. * Experience in high-volume phone contact environments with metrics and goals. * Good objection handling, active listening, and empathy. * Ability to maintain difficult conversations oriented toward closing agreements. * Work with goals and metrics * Experience working in environments with clear KPIs (recovery rates, payment promises, contact effectiveness, etc.) * Experience meeting monthly or weekly performance targets. * Use of digital tools * Experience with collections management systems, CRM, automatic dialers, etc. * Agility in recording activities in systems while maintaining conversation with the customer. **Bonus (*****desirable*** **but not mandatory)** * Experience in judicial or pre\-legal collections. * Basic knowledge of financial regulations or collection rules (e.g., consumer protection). * Basic Excel or management reporting skills. **Available Shifts \| Part Time \| Onsite (CABA, San Nicolás):** * Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 3 PM. * Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, from 3 PM to 9 PM.
