




We’re looking for an SDR Manager who can manage client relationships while running the operational side of outbound campaigns. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensure their SDRs deliver results, and build the systems that keep everything running efficiently. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations, performance reviews, and campaign updates. * Lead and support SDRs working on client accounts; ensure they hit activity and meeting targets. * Build and optimize workflows using **HubSpot**, **Zapier**, **GoHighLevel**, and internal tools. * Maintain CRM accuracy, reporting, and lead routing for all client projects. * Deliver weekly performance summaries and strategic recommendations. * Troubleshoot issues, refine targeting, and optimize outbound processes. **Requirements** ---------------- * Experience managing clients or accounts in a sales or GTM environment. * Strong understanding of outbound motions and SDR performance metrics. * Advanced proficiency in **HubSpot**, **Zapier**, **GoHighLevel**, and **Excel**. * Ability to build automations, reporting dashboards, and data\-driven insights. * Organized, clear communicator, and comfortable juggling multiple client accounts.
